Q: how to replace the batteries?

There is a small, circular door on the bottom, with a slot for a coin. You just unscrew the door, using a coin like a screwdriver, and the batteries pop out, pretty much like what you'd find on most small items using "button cell" batteries.

It is powered by 3 pieces of LR927 button cell batteries, you can buy these batteries on Amazon
