Excellent Hobby Truck!
This will be me and my son's 3rd Bezgar truck and this is by for the top of the three. Second in line would be the old Protector (I actually have the newer protector sold by HBX and the older protector is still a favorite). Why is this car our number 1 so far? Well, it's faster, can take slightly larger tires without messing up the body or putting too much stress on the components. It is by far the fastest of what we currently own (HBX 2995 Desert truck, in addition to what was mentioned above). I had issues with the 2995 because we wanted to put larger tires on it, but they would rub the body with hard turns, so this is definitely an improvement and suite our purpose. The larger tires just provides a different feel for the ride and control. The car is still great with the stock tires, but the larger tires makes it more unique among the bunch.I also love that it has an extra body with an extra light set.Oh and it is pretty fast, can do wheelies and flips, jump curbs, all with great handling on turns. I will try to add a video, but I am extremely pleased with this truck from Bezgar. Keep up the good work!!!I will say, can we get an extra battery with it though? I also believe the motor can take more power, but haven't tested it yet. At a minimum, I would like to be able to replace the battery for a longer play time, or even better yet run it with two of the same batteries in parallel to get a longer run time. If I can run them in series, then I can get more power, not necessarily a longer run time, that would be great too.

Definitely impressive.
This is my first (hobby grade) rc car i have had in probably 10 years and have had this RC car for a few days so far and it's quite impressive. It's definitely not for kids especially at full power. It's pretty darn fast even off road. I have seen some reviews were people said the cars got so much torque that the wheels will come off. Well the simple solution to that is make sure the wheel nut is tight before you use it every time. If you want some extra insurance put a dot of light duty (blue) lock tight on the nut. It will keep it on without making it impossible to get the wheel off when you need to. In the few days I have had the car it's been in grass, dirt, mud and rain and has ran great. I have even ran it through some good size puddles to wash it off with no problems. Definitely wanna make sure you oil (or wd40) up the joints to the suspension and the wheels after running it in wet conditions though. The batteries seem to last way longer than the 20 mins it says on the description or at least it feels like they do. The only problem I seem to have with the car is removing the battery. It's very hard to plug in and unplug the battery from the car. It fits so tightly together I have to use a knife to wiggle them apart. Supposedly this is normal with T connector batteries especially when they are new but will eventually get worn in after a few times According to a buddy of mine that's big in to RC cars. Other than that I have no problems with this car so far. It's held up to my beatings. I try to be somewhat gentle with it. So even if it does crash its not going full speed. But it's taken a few good tumbles and hits and has held up pretty well. So for the price this is definitely a good RC car to get if you want something fun that won't break the bank.

Best r.c yet!
This is my 4th RC to date and definitely my favorite. This is my first one bigger than 1:16, and I must say the bigger they are the tougher they are. I can say nothing bad about this RC the looks are awesome it's tough , and fast. I would definitely recommend it.

Great car. Some cost cutting.
Really nice RC car for the money with great lighting and good looking shells (which aint cheap) but theres better deals out there for this budget.Only comes with 1 battery, competitor comes with 2.Drive arms are thinner metal than competitors.Shocks half plastic and leak vs competitors all metal.. Plastic might actually be better as they absorb shock better instead of snapping like the competitor. No cooling fan inside.Cheap low quality remote like competitor which previously went crazy on me and would randomly accelerate at full speed in reverse.Battery gets very warm after driving unlike competitor.

Incredible.
I got this for my daughter (and maybe a little for me too), after extensive searching. I am incredibly happy with this thing. It is so fast, and really fun to play with. I had stepped on it while my daughter was driving it and broke an axle, but was easily able to find replacement parts (cheap too), and it is back like new. I really have no complaints about this little beast. Fun and perfect for entry RC. It has a speed control too, for the younger learners. Overall fantastic buy.

bad noise
To be clear I bought my unit used like new, but clearly it was returned by the previous owner for the same reason. The motor, was loud. like, crunchy loud so I had to return it because of this serious lack of functionality and hindrance to long term durability. It did have metal dogbones and cvds, so it likely has good control and maneuverability but not as good for bashing as plastic axles wheels. Though, metal cvd are more durable where the wheel bolts on.

This thing is a Beast!
I was shocked at how good this thing is and how fast it can go. It's super durable to bash around and has a lot of torque for its size. The trim adjustments on the controller are really great too, especially the ability to reduce max speed and the steering rate. That's useful if you have a young kid who wants to try it out, you just turn it down, but then can crank it back up for yourself. The only weird thing is the battery is actually a lithium polymer battery even though it says and is labeled lithium ion. I actually bought two lithium ion packs instead because they're higher capacity in the same form factor and the added weight actually helps the vehicle stability in my opinion, and it's much safer than a LiPo for charging and when crashing.
