A big let down!
I bought these for my brother as a little treat but accidentally put my own address . So… naturally I tasted the brownies. They are extremely dry and did not taste at all like a nice, moist, chocolatey, brownie . I love chocolate but was not remotely tempted to try another one which is really a good indicator! They tasted like they were either long past their best, or just a very untasty recipe . I was mighty glad that they never arrived at my brother’s house.

Not a great gift product - very standard confection
They were not very chocolatey and there was no soft topping. Sponge was quite dry. They were not good enough to give as a gift.
