I bought this set 2 years ago. Tried to save some money and bought a cheaper brand for our Arizona home. The lighter was terrible, had to refill it after two cocktails.. The smoker doesn’t fill the glass no matter how long a lit the chips. This one works perfectly.

I was excited to order this as a last minute birthday gift for my husband. The items included are beautiful. I can’t wait for him to start using it.The product description says it includes everything to get started. It did not arrive with the butane as described. Instead, you need to scan a QR code that comes in the box and the company ships it separate. If I’d know this, I would have just ordered the set without the butane and purchased it separate. I understand that Amazon has rules regarding their shipping policy, but the product description should have stated this.

I can’t say anything about how well it works. Kit arrived without the torch and butane. As nice as the rest of the kit looks, it is pretty much useless now. This was suppose to be a Christmas gift and I have no time to reorder or replace it in time. I’m just glad I checked inside the box before wrapping it. So disappointing!Update: I emailed Aged and Charred and their customer service promptly sent me a new torch and butane on Monday. It arrived Tuesday just in time to put under the Christmas tree. We were able to enjoy smoked cocktails for Christmas. Easy to use. It can be overpowering if you smoke it too long. We are very happy with the product so far. Top notch customer service!
