I bought it primarily as a light source for digitizing film in colour slides, colour negative and B&W negatives. The light is very even with no hot spots or visible LEDs and with the high CRI, the colours are reproduced well. I'm using a copy stand, so I made a plywood base for it with 4 small wooden blocks to raise it up about 2" for ventilation and to see the LCD screen, to ensure the brightness is set to 100% at 5600K. I cut a hole in a piece of 1/2" black foamcore, so the film is raised above the panel. Very happy with it.

Nice product. Made well. 1/4" socket in the bottom is useful. Definitely bright enough if you're looking for a desktop light to provide fill lighting on zoom calls. Colour temperature adjustment is appreciated. Like others have said, it would get 5 stars for versatility if it went dimmer—the lowest brightness is still plenty bright. I use it plugged into AC adaptor, so can't comment on the battery life. I bought at $92 CAD and it's probably slightly overpriced at that point, but still a solid option.

It's not as bright as I would like it but it is what I expected. The price is great for what it offers. Very easy to use and the battery length is very good. I will be buying another in the future.

It comes with a built in battery and a digital screen in the back showing the battery level and brightness level. No issues up to know.
