Great idea. Passable but not the cleanest look. Super easy to use.
Looks kind of sloppy. OK product if it's dark or an evening affair. It's easier to just pick a couple shirts you want to wear cuff links with, remove the outer sleeve button and have a small cuff link hole tailored where the button is. I had it done for $9. Then you can still use the inner sleeve button and wear them as regular shirts when you want to as well. Of course, this assumes you don't have massive wrists and need the outer sleeve button.Great idea and the look is "passsable" but not the cleanest. Worth a try though.

Works as Advertised - Word of Advice for CEO's and folks that are in very formal environments.
This products does work as advertised, and they are still holding up after many many uses. but I recommend for people that really need to look polished to follow these steps. This is for the technique where you tuck the cuffs inside out as show in the video above. Iron the cuff's on the shirt the best you can. Cut any dangling threading on the inside of the cuffs off. If you have threading dangling it will be obvious you have the cuff's inside out. Once this has been tackled, now proceed to follow the video above. But I strongly recommend to put these suckers in the night before and get it all setup on your dress shirt the night before. This includes the fancy cuff links you are going to wear. You don't want to be playing around with this when you are tight on time. It no doubt gives the look of a French cuff shirt, but some playing around has to be done with the cuff's to make it look straight and proper, once you get it looking right your all set and nobody will notice the difference except you. I had somebody ask me where I got the French cuff shirt from, so yes you will fool people.

Good Idea, but Not Widely Applicable
I really like the idea behind these cufflink adapters, and especially considering how expensive a relatively decent dress shirt with a French cuff is compared to the same shirt with a couple buttons instead of an extra hole. I have to say that these things do, technically, work as advertised - at least in my experience. However, I try to buy dress shirts that actually fit me, or are close enough to proper length that it doesn't affect the image. I don't tailor most of my clothes, although I should, but fit is still important. As such, I can say that these adapters don't work as well for a sleeve of proper length as it initially seemed. Either the sleeve will be pulled up too high, or it'll be too tight due to the extra thickness from doubling the cuff and pulling it together enough to actually connect (this coming from an underweight fellow). At worst, you may run into both at the same time, which somehow felt like I was suffocating despite only my lower arm being in the choker. Now, one of the provided videos shows a second way of wearing them, which has worked the best for my dress shirts. As he points out, someone else may notice your adapter, and the cuff may be a little loose, but it works. Now, my only problem with this is that my cufflinks stick out more than they should, since they can't actually fall into any holes - just the wall of fabric between the buttons. This still looks decent, though, and it'll give you enough of an idea of whether you like the look or not.Again, I really do like this product, and especially considering that you get ten per tin, which also has a nice look and style in person. You should know what you're getting, though, and everything that comes with it. I'll be purchasing a real French cuff shirt, eventually, but I'll probably keep these around, nonetheless.

A very clever device !
A very clever device.I prefer to attach this to the inner of my 2 cuff buttons and instead of letting the cuffs stick out straight, I curl the top cuff under for a round cuff. That way the silicone tabs are completely hidden.I can get a dressy look whenever I want it.

Not really a fan.
They get the job done, but that's about it. Once you attach the tab to the button it leaves the extended piece in such a position that when you push the cufflink through the buttonhole it leaves a gap between the sides of the sleeve. It looks sloppy and very untidy. As I said, it works, but looks nothing like a cufflink in a regular french cuff shirt. Not sure whether I'll keep using them.
