Elegant and fuctional
It was so hard trying to decide which brand of bidet to get for our complete bathroom remodel. But we decided to give the Anzzi Envo Echo a try based on the looks and the functionality. The reviews were mixed on the installation. Only because of getting it to connect with the house water line outlet. Our plumber had to do a little bit of modifying our water outlet but all in all it worked out. After a year we just started having a problem with the flushing cycle. It wasn't always flushing. That was scary considering how much this smart toilet/bidet cost. However the customer service was excellent and did everything in their power to make it right. The flush valve, which was still under warranty, was what was acting up and they sent another one very promptly. I did have to pay $20 for shipping. But it fixed the problem and we shall see how long this one will last. Considering how well the customer service was I would definitely recommend the Anzzi Envo Echo Elongated Smart Toilet Bidet. Once you have a bidet you won't want to use a traditional toilet again.

Nice toilet, challenging install, not great support
Finally got the toilet installed. It took 1 month for the replacement part. Installation was still challenging - need to use a lot of teflon tape on the adapter from. Ultimately the features are great though. The heated seat and heated bidet are lovely. I would have considered paying more for better support/easier install*****First of all, installation instructions totally ignore several screws needed to remove the seat. I emailed them asking for clarification/details and they just sent me a pdf of the same incorrect instructions.Secondly, we had a connection piece from the wall get a small crack when it was being tightened (female-female adapter to the water filtration valve). Called for a replacement part, not a big deal. However - now it's been 3 weeks now and they haven't shipped the replacement part. I emailed multiple times and they stated they are waiting to hear from the parts department. In the meantime, we continue to have no functioning toilet and out $1500.I'm sure it's nice if everything goes smoothly, but the connections are not normal and you will get no support from the company if anything goes awry. My biggest fear is after this gets hooked up if it has any additional issues.

DO NOT BUY - Anzzi does not honor warranty
Fairly soon after installation there was a crack in the toilet seat (see picture) and the dryer did not work. I contacted Anzzi and they told me that the product was not under warranty because I had not registered the product within 2 weeks. Their own website says to register within 90 days of delivery, which I did. I purchased the Envo Echo on February 6, but it was only delivered on February 10 and it was installed on April 22. I registered the product around April 30.I cannot recommend this product given the quality of the product.

Install instructions and install video's are wrong
Took a professional installer 3.5 hours to install the Echo smart toilet at $125 per hour because the online video's and the installation guide are wrong. TL-STFF950WH. "Take out the covers. Unscrew the long screws and lift the toilet seat-lid assembly from the toilet" Without removing the small screws and a large screw from the back of the toilet it is impossible to remove the seat-lid assembly from the toilet.

Great Product!
The Echo unit replaced a 35 year old two piece flush toilet. What a difference! The design, lighting, and toilet operation are outstanding. About the only downside so far happens when our Lab walks past the toilet and the lid opens. Actually kind of entertaining! We had the toilet professionally installed, and that proved to be a good call. Our water supply was located closer to the unit than specs called for, so connecting the water supply with the supplied hardware would have been a tight fit and not looked terribly good.Plumber replaced supply hose on toilet, and connected it directly to the supply valve. Took about 20 minutes.

It’s been a year
Purchased Feb 2023, installed by a professional plumber March 2023. It’s been a year and one month. Everything is still working, nothing has broken. This is my first bidet type toilet, I love it. I always want a bidet at home now and I hate going to the bathroom anywhere else lol.A few things I have noticed after a year. First, and this didn’t affect my rating, is you have to keep up on cleaning around the two holes in the bowl where water squirts our. Green algae stuff will grow along the rubber gasket around the holes. Kinda gross; this doesn’t happen on a normal toilet. Other than that it keeps itself pretty clean due to the pre flush water that comes out when you sit down.Second, in the last couple months I have noticed a couple times that the toilet seat warmer has stopped working even though it is set to medium heat (3 lines on the remote). We leave the heat on 24/7 so the seat is always ready and warm. I have managed to get it to turn back on by toggling the remote to turn the heat completely off for a day, and then toggling the heat back to medium or high and it’s always come back so far. I have a feeling the seat heater is on its way out which will stink but is not the end of the world.Third, also in the last couple months I have noticed a darkening of the plastic in the seat. It’s symmetrical on both sides toward the back. I tried to take a picture of it but it’s really slight, it’s like a darker tanner area of the plastic. I am wondering if this is related to the seat warmer. Maybe it’s gotten too hot a few times and has started to burn the white plastic into a darker color. I cannot clean it off, I don’t believe a stain would randomly appear a year after installation and use.Another thing to mention is that the seat is easily scratched. This is probably the same for any normal toilet, but you’d think for the price that the seat could hold up to gently scrubbing during cleaning (not using scratchy sponge, simply applying pressure to a soft cloth with liquid). All in all my husband and I love this toilet. I can see that the price has gone up. It was $1200 marked down from $1500. And now it is $1400 marked down from $2000. Wow. I had Amazon gift cards and only paid $800 for this toilet plus $950 professional install. I would not pay more than $1000 for this due to the off brand name and the dodgy customer service seen in other reviews. I do dread the day that something major stops working or breaks.
