I’ve been using the 3M Micropore Tape to help with mouth breathing at night, and it works surprisingly well. The tape is gentle on my skin but stays securely in place throughout the night, which is important since I’m pretty active in my sleep. Works well as mouth tape. Definitely sticky enough with a short beard even. Although, it does sometimes leave a very slight residue. Not enough to even notice it, but I’ve noticed a slight residue on my vape when I wake up. One thing though, the glue definitely has a strong chemical smell when they’re brand new, so just take it out of the plastic baggy to air out for a day or two before you use it. Once they’re aired out, they’re perfectly fine. Far far far prefer this over the expensive mouth tape, highly recommend for this specific purpose

I've tried generic tape before, and I came right back to 3M. It's not too sticky or too hard to get off; it tends not to leave behind a sticky film. It's easy to use. It's comfortable to wear. If you need surgical tape, this is the way to go.

Great tape but I was hoping for something that does not stay on so well. I use a CPAP machine and I need to tape my mouth closed so I only breathe through my nose. This holds great, but is stronger than I want.

The best tape. My son had a gtube and we always got tape sent through his DME it was fine until about a year ago the tape they send wouldn't stick at all! I bought this in a pinch and ill never use anything else. It sticks so well and doesnt hurt to take off. The only issue we have is his skin doesnt agree with it so he breaks out but thats a personal issue I dont think that effects everyone.

I wanted to start face taping and wasn't sure which one to get.There were so many different recommendations from women.But I came across these and at a great price. I took the plunge and ordered two packs.This is the first tape I've ever ordered for face taping...and I'm glad I chose this one!It stays on my face ALL night long. It does not slip, move, etc ..it stays put!I've placed different types of heavier, somewhat greasy feeling moisturizers on my face - like CeraVe, ponds and tallow...yes, beef tallow moisturizer. I've put the tape on right after...and it doesn't move.Also, zero irritation for me.This is such a great quality tape for the price. It arrived speedily with the other item(s) I ordered.Highly recommend!
