Love the med./levant food so the recipes are fab. And easy to make. No long list of ingredients really. Throughly enjoying cooking from the book.

The book contains easy and well explained recipes. I will order the book for my daughter.

I wanted a cookbook with Mediterranean or Middle Eastern recipes, as something a little more unusual. The book has clear instructions, lovely pics, with a good variety of step by step instructions, to keep you going. Luckily there are some easier recipes than others, to get me going and others to hone new skills with. Overall a lovely book, which can make a great present too.

I have always loved Lebanese food and wanted a cook book that would help me at home. Samira’s instructions and photos make it really enjoyable to learn how to put together great meals for my friends and families. This is probably going to be a Christmas gift for many of them too 😉.
