I take 4 capsules daily per my cardiologist recommendation. I take them in the morning with my other medication. I have not experienced any problems with belching or garlic breathe, maybe because I also take a cinema capsule too

My husband loves it because he doesn't offend others when he takes it in capsule form. It is potent. That's good! Don't take too much on an empty stomach.

i have been using this formula for more than 8 years, recently they changed the packaging and you can slightly smell and taste the garlic flavor, i wish they will go back to original capsule where it DID not smell or taste the garlic at all.
