I recently moved into a new apartment that has several deep narrow shelves in the lower cabinets of the kitchen. These slide out drawers are a lifesaver. You can see what's on the entire shelf without having to remove everything in front. No forgotten items in the back because they are unreachable. They glide perfectly and lock into place once you push the drawer back -- sturdy and very well constructed and designed. If you are handy, installation should be easy. If, though, you (like me) are not handy, it's probably smart to hire someone to install the pull outs for you. Because the cabinets are narrow, you have to take into account the location of the hinge of the cabinet door, the depth of the shelf for screws/nails, etc. - lots of things to think about when installing the shelf. It's not necessarily as easy as just centering and attaching them to the shelf. Great product!

The pull-out shelves are well make and easy to install. The only thing that would make them 5 star is that they would be fully extendable. It would make access to the back of the shelf much easier.

A quality product. Instructions are easy to follow. Works well. Seems stable with added screws (supplied).How easy it is to install depends on how much space you have to work in.IMPORTANT: Note that the wire shelf sits 2 inches above the cupboard shelf floor. That means that you have two less inches of headroom in the cupboard. I installed one of these but had to forgo the second one because tall bottles would no longer fit in the cupboard. So measure carefully before you purchase.

The opening in our kitchen cabinet was 12X23" and we bought the 11X21" pullout and it fit perfectly. They include a 2" spacer for the front of the rack rail install, but you can temporarily put it together and move it forward slightly if desired. The installation was very straightforward. Since we had an adjustable shelf above the bottom of the cabinet, I removed it and installed the bottom pullout first. The only issue I had was that one of the holes to bolt the rack to the sliders was not threaded completely through, but I was able to force the bolt on through the hole and made my own threads. After that, the four bolts holding the rack were flush and all was good. I installed the second rack into the top removable shelf with it on the countertop instead of in the cabinet cavity. One issue remained; with the top rack full extended, it would tilt forward because the top shelf was just sitting on the adjustable pegs. I removed the rack and put in two small (1") angle brackets at the back of the cabinet to hold the shelf down. Worked perfectly. These shelves are sturdy, have ball bearings in the rollers and are not hard to install. Any complaints about installation are the buyer's fault!
