I've now used the milia removal set three times, twice for facial milia and once for removal of a splinter embedded in a finger, all with a 100% success rate. Both tools are well-made, extremely sharp and with an appropriate length for easy handling. The keys to successfully removing milia include: comfortable seating position, good lighting, a magnification mirror, patience, and knowing when to stop the procedure to allow the skin to heal. Got rid of a deeply embedded milia I've had for over 6 years!

Unfortunately did not work on my milia and I kept at it for like 30 minutes. I didn’t see many reviews on under eye milias, just on nose etc. with the thin skin under the eye it’s hard to get it right and flat where it will go in easily. I will be buying a beauty pen instead which I hope works. This is probably better for fully formed pimples or larger milias in other places. I am keeping it for pimple maintenance etc.Update: the beauty pen got rid of my milia on the first try. For under eye milia that may be the better option FYI

Perfect to remove milia. I am a licensed esthetician so I remove them on myself. I work in law now, but I also kept my license. The tip of this is so sharp, it opens the milia right away. The other side provides enough pressure to pop the pearl out. No scars or marks left behind. Great tool for the money.

Serious set of tweezers!

This is pretty good, it’s extremely sharp on the pointed ends of the tweezer and other sharp tool - like a needle. I do think the diameter is way too large for milia though, you could really damage your skin if you don’t know what you’re doing, especially around the eyes. I would never buy this for a teen or child, I could see it causing so much damage because it’s not fine enough in diameter to be gentle in the facial area and SO sharp. The comedone extractor seems too large as well to do anything. My search continues!

Worked! Took me over an hour to remove a milia near my eye, but this tool helped a lot. I used the tweezers to gently pinch and stabilize the skin, then the lancet to make a tiny opening. It was hard to do with just stretching the skin, but the tweezers made it much easier. Be patient — it’s not like popping a pimple, but it came out clean!
