Magic liquid to clean so much!
Has moss cleared of rear extension roof and sprayed this wonder formula! 6 months later the roof look so much brighter and cleaner. Used it in garden slabs and some look nearly new, some still have marks but they will need a second treatment as they were considerably worse. Easy to mix up and simply spray. Didn’t cause any damage to plants even when I accidentally sprayed some. This stuff is a miracle liquid, jet washed drive and sprayed this to remove black spots! Gone! Use as per instructions, I spray the garden slabs every so often with the hose and reactivate the chemicals. Works a treat! Very highly recommended!

Invisibly slow - but remarkably effective
Used on our largish block paving driveway which was absolutely plastered with heavily entrenched lichen. Dead easy. Followed the instructions. Didn’t use a more concentrated solution, or anything else, just did what it said. And then . . . nothing. No noticeable improvement for weeks. For so long, in fact, that I stopped checking.Until post winter, about 9 months later I guess, when there were no cars on the driveway I suddenly noticed that it had all gone. Completely. I’m astonished enough to actually leave a review.I’ve done the pressure spray approach before. It’s painfully slow and messy, especially if you do it properly and resand the gaps and seal the blocks. My pressure hose deals with dirt, but struggled with the lichen. So, in short, this is vastly easier and vastly faster and vastly more effective. Just vastly slower. So it’s a once a year thing - do it once, takes 20mins and never ever needs thinking about again.

easy to apply and effective
Brilliant for removing mould / green algae from outdoor wood work, fencing, paths etc. Just spray or paint it on and the next day the natural appearance is restored. Easy to use and has not damaged my plants.

So easy to use — results without scrubbing
I used this on an old patio with a lot of built-up algae and mould. I followed the instructions, sprayed it on, left it for a few days, and then gave it a hose down — no scrubbing required. The results were genuinely impressive. You could see a clear difference, and it’s still improving with time.Application was quick and hassle-free, and a little goes a long way. It’s a brilliant low-effort solution for patios, walls, or garden paths. Definitely something I’ll keep on hand for outdoor cleaning. Highly recommended.

**UPDATE** Genuine Review of a Verified Purchase
**Scroll down to the very end for my UPDATE.To any reviewers that discredit my review and claim it's not real, sounds too vested in this product. Here's my HONEST original review:Having just used this, I can honestly say it looks worse on our indian limestone. I'm hoping it look better soon. Having done a lot of research before buying this brand, I've learnt a few things:• If you plant to treat lichen I.e. black spots on your stone, do a second treatment in rapid succession after the first. About 20 minutes apart.• The product states to make a mix of 1 parts concentrate to 5 parts water. Make a higher concentrate if you want a more rapid result.**Some reviewers have said it can take atleast six months to notice a difference.• Power washing after using this defies the point of using this product. Not only will you get this toxic substance airborne with a power wash, but, using a powerwash alone, will gain the same result without buying this solution.• I'm going to reapply another treatment tomorrow. There is no way I'm waiting six months for a noticeable difference. You might find you need to order two drums if you want to apply a second treatment right away. This drum makes about 7 applications. i.e. one full watering can (10 litres) equals 1 application. This means 1 part solution to 5 parts water.• You would be able to extend the usage of the solution by using a knapsack, but you will end up getting the solution in places you may not want it, due to the finer mist. Such as a fishpond as in our case or on our ancient dry stone wall which is teeming with beneficial insects which pollinate our fruit and veg.• The substance is toxic to wildlife when wet. Pets should be kept indoors, they say, until it's dry.Yes, it will make a difference to the local fauna in the shorterm, anything that crawled, slithered or scuttled on it, lost it's life.**ALL OF THE ABOVE WAS DEDUCED DIRECTLY FROM THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE DRUM. IT CAN'T BE DISPUTED!!!****UPDATE**Just to make it clear, I followed the instructions to a T:Application on a DULL day. No forecasted rain for the prescribed time. This Product takes MONTHS to work. This is my honest review.I gave up seeing an effective difference with this product in the short-term. By short term I mean 3 to 4 weeks. I couldn't see it making a rapid turnaround even if I left it a month or two longer. If you want an immediate difference, to enjoy your garden, for example, in the summer, you may have to resort to more drastic measures. Here's what I did:• I used a bottle of undiluted household bleach to one slab as a "test slab". The bleach cleared the slab by the following morning.• I then applied a 25/75 solution to the rest of the slabs of bleach to water. The result is far better than this solution. The 25/75 mixture didn't give the same results as a 100% bleach. It is however very passable and looks like one year old slabs as opposed to the 'freshly laid' look I was looking for.So to round off, if you are resolved to using this brand's less abrasive solution, plan ahead. Preferably 6 months in advance. If you want an immediate change, try another mixture. The bleach method worked better for me.I really hope you've found this useful. :)

Worth getting
Mixed sucess. Sprayed on pavers and indian sandstone. The pavers at the side of house that gets a little sun worked great, after just a few days. The pavers at the back in full shade no difference so far even after 2nd application. Indian sandstone- has worked but did have to wash down with soapy water and rinse as left stains. Works well on wood.

Brilliant stuff
Brilliant stuff. I live next to a wood so my paths get covered with algae & all manner of crap that the wood deposits. I get slimy paths all year & had white & black algae spots everywhere, despite regular cleaning with a mix of bleach spraying & pressure wash. This year I sprayed wet & forget on all paths, driveway & rockery stones & half a roof of an extension for comparison, at the end of March. I could see a difference almost immediately - despite instructions saying it can take weeks- however this has only got better & better with time. I haven’t had to repeat anything as yet ( I usually have had to by this stage June). I can certainly see it lasting all summer. Will certainly be purchasing again.
