This was recommended by my Naturopath. I’ve been taking it for over a year +. It agrees with my body very well and is very effective yet still gentle enough for my needs. I have sensitive system and very pleased how this works for me. I believe it is a really good quality product. All of our bodies are so different so what works for me may not work for you. It’s such a good brand and blend of magnesium. I was taking Perque Mg Plus guard but I find this has superior types of magnesium. Since I started taking it, I have had vivid dreams every night. It’s like a free show lol
