One difficulty is getting the handheld plumbed in so that it is positioned correctly. Every thing is male threaded, so you do have to do some finagling to get things lined up. I needed to purchase nipples and couplings for correct depth with 1/2” tile backer and 1/2” tile, or fixture’s would be sunk into far in the wall. Obviously will depend on your surround.

My mother requested that I find a shower set with the overhead and shower spray as I remodeled the bathroom. At first, I was skeptical as the cost was a bit much (in my opinion) for a shower set and I had to add additional cost as my home is only 8 years old but the builders' cut corners and my construction guy had to replace the old pipping with new pips. He had a little trouble figuring out the installation but once he got it...it was good to go. I am significantly happy as its functional and it looks great. I may buy for when I do my mater bathroom.

This was the closest to what I was looking for. I just wish the tub spout was like a traditional one or better yet, waterfall style as opposed to long and skinny. Also wish the handheld head had a stronger massage pulse, but it is still better than most other ones I saw that were a long thin bar. Would be great if it came with tub parts like the overflow plate and drain.

Nice water pressure. A huge upgrade from the previous one we owned. Install was a bit tricky according to my contractor as it is European designed and requires a special adaptor to work on US pipes. Minor though but just know that when purchasing as my contractor charged some extra labor for that

Liked the fact that shower head and shower nozzle were separate and not connected. I also like the new tub nozzle. It has a very large shower head that adjust very easily to touch, not drowning yourself while trying to adjust it. Hand held is totally separate and you are able to turn on all three if you want or just one or two. (Tub, shower, hand held). I would recommend especially if you are accommodating different heights of people.

I bought this set for my children’s bathroom and we all love it. It works well, looks fantastic, and was simple to install according to my contractor. Highly recommended!

Took some doing to work in my application, but once tiled and bored, the overall look is stunning. And works great, too.

I bought three of the SunCleanse products. One came with the wrong hand held wand. And one was defective making a water hammer noise throughout my house. Had to remove tile to get to the problem as the casing for the fixtures cannot be accessed through the wall because the casing is placed on 2 x 4's in the front wall. Can't install it any other way. The phone number Amazon has for SunCleanse is not a working number. If you contact Amazon they give you the same non-working number for a contact. So the only contact is email. If you need assistance or warranty or replacement parts....they come from China....expect a two week wait. Developed really bad water hammer that caused everything in the Master bath including all faucets and toilets and another bathroom to hammer along with this shower. The smartest thing to do is go to Home Depot or Lowe's and buy something you can get replacements parts for. I thought this thing was beautiful....but it's functionality and service are horrible. I read a comment from another user that had the same problem. My plumber had to come out 4 times to determine it's the product itself that is defective. Installed water hammers, etc.... Won't fix this poltergeist. I am buying new American made shower fixtures to which we will have access for replacement parts. The warranty is technically worthless as no one cares at SunCleanse.... It's pretty but not worth the aggravation or expense. Buyers beware.
