Unsure of quality.
The taste is good, but not great - subtle honey/caramel, some vegetal tones, creamy. Should it be better?Brewed 4 mins with 80C water, colour is amber not light, which is purported to be the colour from lower quality leaves, plus the leaves are very small, many broken. Again, this does not seem to fit the expert view of quality Bai Hao silver needle.I’ll buy from another supplier and update this as necessary
