The capsules are not too large. (Sometimes they turn out to be the size of horse pills.) I read on a few very reputable medical websites that Lycopene has shown some benefits for prostate health, which is why I bought it. I have been taking it for a couple of weeks now which is not very long but I have a urology appt next week and am anxious to see what my doc says. I did read that Lycopene (which is found in the skin of tomatoes) has been tested at high levels and not shown to have any dangerous effect. However, I always would recommend seeing your doctor about taking any supplement.

I am taking 50mg in the Morning and 50 mg at evening time for a total of 100 mg the PSA test in June/ 2024 some time if my number do not go down for real this is a scam. I will keep you in tune. what can I say these are low-cost per dose and have no taste. they are easy to swallow and you get 200 capsules. I take one capsule per day so that is 6 months of supplements. like I said low cost and easy to swallow whats not to like.

It only contains 5% lycopene. Meaning getting an actual 50mg dose requires 10 capsules.It’s a trick to slap 50mg on the front and then have only 5% in small font.
