Fantastic piece of kit for muddy horses
Received the item pretty fast. Its nicely compact and easy to use, able to use it anywhere that has a supply of water and electricity. My horse is very happy loves warm water and will stand for awhile.

Easy to set up to a degree, water lovely and hot.Two downsides ! Gas regulator is not compatible with UK gas bottles, had to change it.And shower head leaks like a stuck pig, had to replace with a better quality one

SCAM, AVOID AT ALL COSTS
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The shower head rusted and fell off completely after 12 uses within 1 year. It's a complete scam for your money, please don't buy this and find a more reliable supplier. They have poor reviews overall and customer support never got back to me on my issue or if there's a warranty. I've been ignored!

Fantastic Customer Service
I bought this product for our off grid glamping site. There was a problem with the first unit so I had to purchase a second speedily as guests were staying. Customer Services replaced the first unit without hesitation and were easy to deal with.It is a simple unit that does what it says and our guests have been delighted to have a hot shower whilst camping.

Thermo Mate water heater
I purchased my water heater shower AZ132 5 litre, in June 2022.In August 2023 I needed some help and contacted Thermo Mate Customer Service who were very helpful. A lady named Mia was particularly attentive to my requests. I would like to thank her for her professionalism.

Brilliant fits nicely in grooming salon. Water temperature isn't as warm as I would of hoped but it does the job. Easy to install. No fuss.
