The best sports gadget ever?
Buy it! This ingenious device intensively targets the one muscle group that is almost impossible to train fully in any other way - the forearm. These muscles are responsible for grip strength and flexing of the wrist and we use them constantly. The device is very inexpensive and the benefits you will get from using it on a regular basis are enormous. An intensive workout on both arms only takes five minutes! Whether you are an athlete, musician, recovering from a hand injury or just doing regular everyday chores, this thing will make your life easier and more pain free. It’s very satisfying and enjoyable to use as well! This original brand is very durable and will last for many years. Well worth the money!

Brilliant
I saw this product advertised in the Times health section. Had suffered with the most painful hand imaginable for several months. Christmas day i was in agony trying to cut up the turkey and my sleep was interrupted at night because my hand was so painful. Thought i would give it a go what could i loose. Cheaper than my physio therapist at £50 for half and hour. I used the power ball at least half a dozen times a day when i got it, initially it made my arm very tired but as my wrist and arm strengthened up i really saw an improvement in my ability to use it and within a week the improvement was amazing within a month my hand was fully functioning and the pain has not returned. As well as getting rid of the pain a side effect is that after years of not being able to open jars and bottles i now can open most of them, my grip has strengthened so much... I can only say use it, persevere with it and see the benefit it can bring.

So far so good
I just started using my Powerball to try and strengthen a wrist I repeatedly injured. So far the Powerball has been a lot of fun to play/work with. Wrist is still the same but I guess it will take a while to achieve some results; it’s only been a bit more than a week since I started using Powerball for 5 minutes every day. I do like it, it’s a well built and overall sturdy, genius piece of equipment!

Tricky to begin with. watch YouTube tube for various muscle exercises including biceps
Ok so it’s taken me quite a few attempts to get it going and writing this after 1st time I’ve got it going properly and wrists aching after under 2 mins which is good ! Harder with the left hand ( weakest and I’m right handed ) and the one I have pain in. It’s “ fights” you once it’s going and have to tighten grip or it’ll come out of your hand. There is a rubber type band around it so unless you sweat a lot should be fine. The counter shows the weight it’s gone up to but you have to be quick to see it as as soon as it runs down ie you stop moving it the display disappears. I think I got it to about 2.5 kgs but I am over 70 a woman and not fit 😳. Today I found that you start it with the cord and then use a whisking moment as though you are whisking into a bowl, so your hand is sideways on. Ie not directing down to the floor. I’ve got hopes for this as long as I 1 remember to do it and 2. Keep using for just the 5 mins each hand as suggested . 10 mins a day not much to ask is it 🫣Update. Now been doing it for 2 days, wrists aching a bit, I’ve found it best to hold my forearm with opposite hand to get it going properly especially when using with left hand. I’ve also been trying to change directions whilst it’s going. Only been doing 2 minutes each hand so far.Another update on 21 May 2023. Still doing just 2 mins each arm most days. Makes muscle ache so doing something ! Got it up to approx 3.4kgs. Suggest you Watch YouTube for different muscle exercises.

Does Not Spin!
Does not spin unless you use your finger on the central green ball. Certainly not when you try spinning the whole thing in your hand! Total waste of money! Giving it to the dog.

You spin me right round baby right round
I bought this product to help me recover from a Repetitive Strain Injury in my right elbow. I was advised by a number of sources that gentle rotation of the wrist would help to loosen heal the tendons in my arm. I have to say it's been a revelation. It only took a couple of goes to get it started and once operational it really does work the forearm muscles and tendons. The LCD screen is clear and informative. My one word of caution is that this is very attractive to small children. DO NOT attempt to pass it to them while it's spinning. Because the internal gyroscope needs to be partially open to the outside, it is possible to catch the palm of a small hand on the spinning fly-wheel. It's only rubberised, but can cause a friction burn - note this is not a fault, all the powerballs are designed this way of necessity.
