I'm a licenced contractor and we do a lot of custom bathroom & kitchen remodeling and after doing some research for one of my own bathroom projects I selected this lighted metal niche as something a bit different and stylish. The package arrived and the niche is a very well built nice looking product, great instructions. Looking forward to finishing my project as time is available.3/21/25, Wanted to send an update including a picture. These lighted niches, I think look great, work really well, durable, and installation is made easy. Ill be installing a lot more of these.

BEWARE
I bought 4 of these for a clients remodel. Nice unit bust the finish is terrible! And customer service could care lessFYI this is after 4 months of use. The other unit were not install in a shower and are white. Seem to be holding up fine without water

Stainless steel
I love this niche not only for the light feature, but for the fact it’s stainless steel and not tiled. It comes with a 5% grade so water will run off if needed. I placed this niche a little higher so it barely gets wet. There was enough space behind the niche to install insulation since it is located on an exterior wall.

LED light became loose
Just attached the niche in our bathroom two days ago, and this happened within two days. Did not even start using it.Update 2024-07-15: the customer service quickly reached out to resolve the issue. They were genuine in their effort, so updating the rating to 4 starts. If the issue didn't happen, I'd have rated 5 definitely.
