Everything fit well, plug was gapped correctly. First time I’ve messed with my saw (455 rancher) due to rigged up fuel lines decided to buy this kit. parts seemed to be of good quality, starts first pull now and doesn’t bog or idle funny anymore! Would recommend

A very nice tune-up kit at a reasonable price.Many reviews talk about the air filter fit. The new air filter is made with a thicker, stiffer plastic than the one I replaced. So, it is less flexible and required more effort, but not a lot, to get it lined up properly. When aligned, it snapped right on, a good tight fit.The spark plug and fuel filter are easy to install. I did not replace the fuel lines.

after double checking part numbers this is the correct air filter for my chainsaw, however the air filter does not fit.The air filter seems to be very cheaply made. the plastic connection point has very slight differences making it where the air filter will not light up correctly

This kit has worked out fantastically on my 455. A lot of the reviews talked about the air filter not working, however it worked perfectly for me. Admittedly the design of the filter is general difficult to install. It has to be just right to get it to seat correctly, but the one provided in this kit is identical to the factory filter I removed in every way. I highly recommend this if your lines are old and need replacing. If this kit included new grommets it would be the perfect one stop shop. But since it doesn’t, do yourself a favor and grab some cheap 3rd party grommets while you’re in there.

So I bought this specifically for the new fuel primer and it came with all the other stuff for a tune-up so I said why not, I’ll get this one. I would have given a full 5 stars except that the air filter doesn’t fit. And I’m not returning it since I only really needed the primer bulb. I ended up using the fuel filter and the spark plug, both of which seem to work appropriately. And now I have extra hose if I should need that as well. But yeah, to make the air filter fit, I will need to carve out a notch on one side so that it will seat flush like it supposed to.

i bought this for the return gas line. that and the gas line fit great. the air filter looks really close but will mot fit. the spark plug looks really close but is not exact so i didn't use it. i guess the biggest part issue was the air filter, there is no way it will fit. add on to review, after righting my first review the seller contacted me and returned a potion of what i paid for the tune up kit to cover the cost of the parts that didn't fit.
