If it's durable, I'm gonna like it.
Was carrying the Akeeni XSTO for a few months, but didn't find its functionality particularly convenient, especially when carrying cash. So, I wanted to see what else was available, and came across this wallet by Urban Tribe. Looked good from a functional standpoint, but wasn't sure about size. But at $20, figured it was worth potentially wasting the money on. Haven't had it long, but initial thoughts are that it will be my wallet of choice for the foreseeable future. The footprint is definitely larger than the XSTO, but not significantly and nothing close to a regular bi-fold wallet, and it's a bit lighter and actually more comfortable to carry in the front pocket than the XTSO. And with the same amount of cards, it isn't' that much thicker. I especially like the ID pocket (where I keep my license and AAA card) and the quick access pocket on the opposite side (where I keep my two most used credit cards). Right now, I just have a few bills in the cash part, so it doesn't add any bulk. I really like that you merely have to fold the cash in half, not in thirds or fourths like the minimalist wallets typically require. I have 5 cards in the card pocket, but also put some thinner cards (like insurance cards) in the space that goes all the way through. It's tight enough to hold the thin cards securely, but I clipped them onto the elastic with a small paper clip for added security. I think this is the perfect marriage of minimal and functional, and if it proves to be durable, I'll be sticking with it. Will likely order one for my son in August if mine is still looking good by then.

Great wallet! Perfect for front pocket, minimal number of cards, and easy access to primarily used cards
I wanted to try it out a while before giving a review. I have had this wallet for nearly 3 months now.I have used a bifold wallet all my life. My last wallet started to disintegrate after many years and so it was time to replace. I've been carrying it in my front pocket for many years, but have found the large size to be too bulky and uncomfortable, especially in the heat.Realizing that I rarely carry much if any cash at all mostly using only one credit card for purchases, this seemed a good opportunity to try to go minimal. After looking at a lot of options, I settled on this wallet. The wallet is great! It's very small. I keep my license in the window pocket, and the credit card I primarily use in the outside slide pocket. This is the perfect setup for me, as I easily and extremely quickly get to either when required, and as I suspected, is all I usually need to get to.In the inner card pocket, I keep 6 other cards, and of course carry bills in the other section, folded in half. Nothing falls out of the wallet, money or cards. I jettisoned all of the cards and stuff that I used to carry that would bulk up the wallet in my pocket. The only thing that has taken some getting used to is the sort of money-clip aspect of handling bills. I have always like the fact that I can easily sort through and kind of hide what I have in a bifold. For this wallet, I have to remove the bills and sort through them to fetch what I need. I find this a little uncomfortable, but find that at least they are not visibly clipped externally when I don't need them. They are instead hidden in the wallet.

Good quality for a 25 dollar “thin” wallet
I bought this to replace my 4yr old fossil standard walletThe pros:- seems to be of high quality leather and well made- would fit perfectly IF you carry less than 5 cards to keep it thinCons.-if I place all my cards n business/insurance cards n some cash into this wallet, it is no longer a thin wallet, takes as much room as my old fossil standard wallet-harder to remove the cards when you have 8+ storedOverall, I think it is a nice wallet and would use it. But I don’t see the improvement regarding to it “supposedly” be a thin wallet. iF you only carry 5 cards or less and 1or 2 business card and small amount of cash, then this wallet is for you, however if you keep alot of CC n business/insurance cards that you keep in your wallet then go for the regular 8+ sleeves standard wallet

5 years of daily use. Good looks. Keeps your cash out of sight.
5 years of daily use. I am getting this same wallet again, I like the looks and the arrangement of the pockets.. Keeps my cash hidden. The elastic has held up. I keep 11 cards, plus Drivers license, Passport card and about 15 various cash bills in the wallet. With all that it comes in at about 3/4 inch in thickness,

It’s ok, it seems like it’ll last
Pro: it’s a good size, looks nice, seems to be built well and it does hold what I need, but barely. I don’t have 10 cards.Cons: strong chemical smell even after a little over a week use, although I do expect it to dissipate within the next couple of weeks. Optimistic with amount of cards they claim it can hold, I had to thin my current wallet to fit what I put in this one.Overall: I have been looking for a replacement wallet for my tried and true fossil, I really wish they would make that style again. am ok with it even though the Pics are a bit misleading; looked thicker than it actually is. It does look nice and I think by how it’s built it should last quite a while.
