Bought this and it worked great for a month but the lightning cord stopped working soon after. Reached out to customer service and they quickly sent me a replacement after sending in a video of the charge not working. So glad I went with this brand as any other brand would've given me the runaround and not replaced it. Hands down best customer service and love the charger as well. Battery life is great as it keeps my iPhone 12 mini charged all day as I use my phone quite extensively. The black color is perfect for me and the build and weight of the charger is perfect and made well.

I purchased for travel. It is a perfect size for travel and also to fit in my purse for daily use. It charged my watch easily and the watch fit nicely. It charged my IPhone quickly even with the charge it came with. It charged up quickly. The charge cords on the side detach easily and are easy to place back into the side of the charger. I made sure that it would meet TSA requirements also and it does so pleased with that. Maybe a small thing but the material is very soft and feels nice to the touch. I think it will clean easily. The key chain ring is a nice addition. I wish it came with a small case but I'll find/purchase something just to protect it. The size and weight is perfect as it is light and small. It is not too thick, just right. The charging lights are easily seen so you know if it is charged/needs charging.

The combo power pack is amazing. I don’t have to take several different charges when I leave home or go on vacation. It’s used it and night to charge my watch and phone. When I’m away and need to charge my phone it’s easy access and charges my phone rather quickly. I have purchased 2 others for Christmas gifts and my god saw my combo charger and wanted it, so I purchased her one and had it mail her her in a couple days. I love everything about it.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from the RORRY 5000mah portable charger because I have been using the 10000mah for about 6 months now. I purchased this one because I wanted something lighter to fit in my small purse for my international trip. I do not recommend this specific MAH for traveling. This is for casual on the go like to the mall or something. I charged it fully one time and was able to charge my phone ONLY. Then, I had to charge it over and over again. I gave 4 stars because I do love RORRY products, but if you’re looking for a portable charger that doesn’t need constant charging, then I recommend getting the RORRY 10000mah.

I love this charger! I love the convenient charging cables tucked away. I have a pretty thick case on my phone and I’ve had portable chargers that I had to remove the case to use. But this is perfect.
