KinesioClassic Single Tape Roll - BEIGE, 5cm x 4m

I bought this tape years ago and was never quite sure what to do with it. I hurt my wrist and thought that I would give it a try, well the results were amazing less pain immediately. I just wished I had used it before. This is my second roll of tape from this manufacturer, I have bought other rolls from different manufacturers to try but they made me itch and caused me to get a rash. TI am sensitive to the glue on some plasters this tape has never irritated my skin in any way its sticky enough to last a good few days without any problems. It stays put in the shower. This is ideal for back problems and with in a short space of time any pain is greatly lessened. i honestly can't praise this tape enough.

It's worth spending a little more money as it lasts longer. Feel it working straight swag and would recommend this product for acute injuries. Would be great to use until someone saw a Physio or to prevent injury during sport activities. Quality product

i use these all the time and they really help with injuries. Everyone is different but for me personally i find they help and work

Very happy with it. Does not come off with sweat, can stay effective for 3 days. I love the fact that you can cut it to size yourself, making it incredibly versatile. Been using through 3 marathon training sessions and will carry on.

Does what it says on the box

The glue remain on the skin and left marks, I normally leave a patch test for 24h which was fine but after I tape the ankle was a disaster, the tape came off after 2 days and left redness, and glue stick on the skin. Won’t recommended poor quality.

My physio trialled this product out of me, it was ok. But hard to put on yourself to be honest.

I followed the instructions to the letter , but tape proved useless on me , waste of my money
