Q: does this work on neckties without leaving a mark?

I haven't tried it on neckties. I tried it on tulle dresses with satin linings and it worked perfectly!!!

Q: Will this take turmeric stains out of white polyester?

We have never tried it for that. You'll just have to try. I did Google how to remove turmeric stains from polyester and alcohol and vinegar were recommended.

Q: How long does one pen last?

Don't know since I have only used it twice.

Q: My clothes have a stain that I can't remove for almost a month, can this product be used on clothes that have been stained for a while?

No idea. The instructions tell you how to use the product on a fresh stain. My guess - and it’s only a guess - is that the older the stain, especially if the garment has already been laundered, the harder it will be for OxiClean to remove it. But - you’ve got nothing to lose, so try it.
