GREAT LOCKS! But avoid using pretroleum based oil to lubricate. READ BELOW
I highly recommend these locks due to the 4 number security and easy readbility. These are now the only combo locks that I use. I currently own 6 of them and use them both indoors and outdoors. The numbers are easy to read in dim light and I can also read them without glasses.Like any lock, thay may need occasional lubrication, especially if they are always outside. But I found that if any "pretrolium based oil lubricant" is used to lubricate either the shackle or the number wheels, then it can make the numbers difficult to rotate them or even seize them up , because any pretrolium based lubricant reacts with the plastic wheels. The only type of spray lube that should be used is either silicone spray or TPFE (Teflon) sprayThese do not react badly with the locks.Tom

Love the orange locks
We have been using these outside and they are still ok considering they have been through some weather fluctuations. The numbers still rotate and the latch releases pretty well.

Take that, gym thieves!
I bought this lock after an incident at the gym. I had been using a standard dial padlock (you know, the SUPER common one with a name that rhymes with "blaster"). Well, I came back from working out to find my locker open. I thought "Wait, what? Did I not lock my lock?" Nothing had been taken, but every pocket on my gym bag had been gone through, my stuff was all over, and my lock was GONE. Ew! It only takes a mere matter of a couple of seconds to get into that dial "blaster" lock. It's really "security theater" for sure. Not only that, but every other lock in the locker room was gone, too, except for one that looked like a FortLock. That got my attention! We immediately got rid of those locks and after a bit of online digging, got these. It was easy to set my own combination. There are instructions included that were easy to follow. This lock isn't as susceptible to shimming (the common method to get into that other lock), and so far I haven't had a problem since. HOORAY for FortLock! The numbers on the dial are pretty large, so use discretion when dialing your combination if others are present. The dials "slot" well and the lock feels like it's pretty heavy duty for a gym lock. Any padlock CAN be broken into with enough time (or a bolt cutter), but since I doubt that gym thieves are walking through the lobby with a bolt cutter, I'll take the FortLock. If they can't shim it in a few seconds, they're going to go on to the next target. Get a FortLock, too, so the "next target" isn't your locker!

Great locks
Good quality locks. Bought these for my truck tool box and was very pleased. Great to not to have to worry about losing a key. I’ve had them for a while now and the color has not faded and no rust. Highly recommend these locks.

Big and Bold Numbers
Perfect for my gym locker. I found the locks with the side numbers to be annoying in the dim light at the gym and awkward to see at an angle. These numbers are front facing and easy to see.

Easy to read nunmbers, sturdy
I like these locks because the numbers are easy to read. While you may think that should be a give for a combination lock, I have had many locks where the numbers are all shiny chrome. Even with my old-man reader glasses, it can be hard to read those locks. These locks are super easy to read. The lock can be programmed to whatever combination you want, but you have to remove a small screw and plate on the bottom to make the adjustment, unlike some locks where you just press down the clasp after opening. Not a big problem, just don't lose the screw, or you'll be screwed, too.
