Short term benefits, long term costs & benefits unsustainable: Good if you’re healths declining
This isn’t cost effective long term, that said if doing basic things for yourself is hard due to overworked, mental health, limited mobility or chemo. This is a temporary solution. It’s a little grainy and earthy. Ideally it’s cheaper & more beneficial to source these from food. Bottles a pain to find/clean needs a pipe cleaner brush.

Good enough for Huberman. But not for me. 🦸🏼♀️
The media could not be loaded. So I should first point out that I am reviewing this as someone with health conditions, such as autoimmunity and MCAS. I am also a seasoned health professional who works in health optimisation.I got this because I highly respect Andrew Huberman, and trust his perspective and opinion and evidence based factual publications. And I truly believe that if you have zero underlying health conditions whereby your immune system reacts to certain food and chemical substances that this could be amazing for you.It has got every ingredient under the Sun in it. So it does indeed offer a full spectrum of vitamins and nutrients for those who are perhaps time poor, or just like the idea of boshing a drink on the go instead of putting a nutritional meal together.Zero judgement, I totally get it.There are ingredients in this such as chlorella, spirulina and wheat grass, which may be problematic for those with histamine intolerance and autoimmunity. And are definitely problematic for me. Ditto green tea extract. It also contains fermented ingredients, which again are known to be problematic in those who have histamine intolerance. It’s also not AIP compliant because it contains pea Protein and alfalfa. Now these aren’t unhealthy ingredients. But for those with histamine and autoimmunity they are problematic. Lastly, it does use flavouring and Stevia, which for me is desperately disappointing. Because those of us who are truly into the health have zero interest in the taste of stuff, they just want the function of it to enable us to have optimal health. So adding sweeteners and flavourings makes me give this a thumbs down. Now let’s get onto value for money. The price of this is steep. But to be fair if it gave somebody the energy and Vitality to get on with their day and enjoy life then it would be massively good value. But having looked at the ingredients I could see how you can get these nutrients in a different way they wouldn’t cost so much. But it’s very convenient and I get that. Also the branding and the advertising that support this make it seem like a product to aspire to. But for me at a little bit smoke and mirrors . Sorry Andrew I do still love you.

A sparkier morning start
I think I feel better after only 2 weeks less sluggish first thing - but beware I couldn’t see vit d on the ingredients list.

Overpriced, and underwhelming.
I'm not really sure who this product is marketed for, but I can't say that's it's made much of a difference for me. I've tried other greens products before, and it feels like more of the same, but at a much higher price point. The flavour profile is really flat; there's a hint of pineapple, maybe, but spirulina and chlorella are the main drivers here. You get a nice plastic bottle in the box with volume markers, but that's hardly worth noting here. This is basically a multivitamin and mineral, with some friendly bacteria, and various herbal substances. I think what they went for here was breadth (if you go by the sheer number of ingredients), because getting all of these substances individually would cost far too much to be worth the effort. You can probably find most of them in any mainstream health store (Holland & Barrett, Wholefoods, etc.), but likely not together in such a mix as this. Whether you actually need any of this is another matter entirely, and it would probably be more productive to try individual ingredients over time, to assess if any of it is making a difference for you with the particular issue you're trying to address. This is trying to do too much; there are things in here to support eye health, digestion, liver function, energy levels, etc. and it just seems a bit unfocused. At the end of the day, this is ~£109 for a 30--day single-serving supply of flavoured herb powder. That's a little bit more than an entire week's worth of groceries, by which you can probably cover many of the bases through whole foods; if you needed anything else at that point, then it could make sense to supplement, but only with what you need. It seems they've mentioned a study in the ingredient list claiming 80% self-reported benefits after one month, but there were only 35 people in the study. That's not really a representative sample size; I would be interested to see if the results were the same with several hundred people over a longer period of time. Based on what value this represents right now, I would give this a hard pass.

Great variety of different vitamins, but the price are really high
So this is quite a good supplement which for sure will be beneficial to your health as it offers a variety of different vitamins, minerals and other things in one dose. Starting with Vitamins A, C, and E and a variety of B ones, and finishing with things like Coenzyme Q10 and good gut bacteria. So it looks really great. I have been using it for a bit already, and my energy levels went up a bit, which was really nice surprise. As well you get in a box a bottle which is a quite good quality as well. Using it is quite easy as it comes in separate satchets; once mixed( it mixes rather well ),it becomes greenish in colour, so I was expecting the taste not to be so good, but it was quite good, sweet with a hint of pineapple.I really do like this supplement, however, the price is outrageous for one month of supplement. Yes, it has a lot of different ingredients such as Q10, which is quite price, but still ,the price is really high. If you can afford its really worth getting it as you dont need millions of different bottles, but if you dont want to spend too much mone, just choose the main vitamins and buy them separately will be cheaper.
