Advert shows as a solid block of cream but when opened it was liquid and fell out onto floor so not happy

This does seem to work soothing joint pain almost immediately. It is non sticky and fast absorbing where I can put clothes on straight away. Unlike other joint relief cream there is no tingling or heat when you put it on and there is no residue left behind on clothing. The smell reminds me of germoline. Whether this will actually regenerate cartilage will take longer to access and an X-ray to confirm.If I could have given this 3.5 stars I would have but couldn’t in all honesty give it 4 stars. Mainly because the advertising photos show a full tin, but, as you can see my photo, there is much less than a full tin. The tin was packaged in a box and sealed with cellophane. Therefore, there was nothing lost in transit. Also in the advertising photos it does look like a balm but this is a cream and definitely not a balm
