It feels heavy-duty and well-made, with a solid metal body that gives confidence it will last through regular use. The adjustable spray settings are smooth and cover everything from a light mist for delicate plants to a strong jet for cleaning the driveway or washing the car.The handle is comfortable and doesn’t slip, even when wet. It's a sprayer, does what it's suppose to do. Time will tell as far as quality:GOOD- simple design with multiple spray patternsBAD- Throw away rubber washers it comes with. Cheap material and not correct outside diameter to seal properly. Mine leaked right away. Replaced with better quality washer and no leaks.

This hose nozzle works well and feels sturdy in hand. The rubber grip makes it comfortable to use, even when wet, and the handle lock is a nice touch for longer watering sessions. It offers 8 spray patterns, which is great in theory, though many of them feel pretty similar. Still, it covers the basics like mist, jet, and shower effectively. Overall, a solid and reliable nozzle for everyday watering and cleaning tasks.

Love this already! I’ve been using a broken one for quite some time, this thing is so much better!! I love all the spray patterns, they cover all my different needs for my plants. Would buy again, bc I know these things don’t last forever. Not as much as I use them anyways.

Sheesh! It's hard to find a decent spray nozzle these days! My old car washing spray nozzle finally rotted out (and the tip broke off), so I had to go find another one. Seems all the readily available ones are for watering plants and flowers; they all have soft-spray selectable tips (except for the 'jet' setting, which is too narrow)... which is great for plant watering, but not for hosing off car tires. This little unit has a nice fine adjustable spray. It's not as clean and intense as my old one, but it's the closest I've found available. This one is small in hand, but works well and has nice build quality with a rubberized coating. For the price, it's awesome. Could there still be a better simple spray nozzle for car washing? Yes. ...but this one works well for the price and availability.

First o ring installed in the sprayer was defective and warped form the factory. 2nd worked fine. DO NOT TIGHTEN THE SPRAYER ON ALL THE WAY. These o rings are thick so tightening them down all the way can cause a leak. I did about 3 turns until it felt firm then tested water pressure. The nozzle works but it's weird. Each spray pattern is worse than I expected. Shower (the one most used for gardening) is super wide. Almost twice the width of other sprayers I have. Every single setting is worse than I expected. The build quality of the sprayer does feel good. At least it has that going for it. Overall I'm not happy but $10 is about as cheap as these go for now a days.

The Viking Hose Nozzle is a good option if you're looking for a no-frills hose sprayer. The sprayer has several settings, although most of them are so similar, I personally wouldn't catagorize them as separate settings. Jet, Flat and Full are pretty much the same, center and cone are very similar, and angle is like flat but pointed down. There is no "flood" setting either, so if you want to just have a stream of water come out, you're out of luck.Shower came out much stronger than expected, and while I like the sprays, I didn't like how you can't control the output unless you turn the water down or squeeze the handle less. It's a minor thing, but as a gardener, it's troublesome when trying to control the amount and force of water going onto potted vs in-ground plants. You can set the sprayer to run continuously without holding the handle though. Overall, this is a good basic sprayer that is budget-friendly and worth considering, though I would probably get a different head knowing what I know about this one now.
