There are endless ways to used this delicious syrup. I used it for a rice pudding I made at Christmas, garnished with figs and mint and lastly the Vino Cotto. All my guests raved at the flavor. Now I am finishing it up in coffee, pancakes and more.

Works really well for its purpose
I bought this to use in a specific recipe, but found that two ounces of it, with two ounces of a good balsamic vinegar are perfect for pan-cooking steaks. Now, I will keep it continually stocked.

Bought this for a dinner party we were planning. I wanted to copy a dish I had a Osteria La Buca (Los Angeles). They had some roasted chioggia beets, burrata, toasted almonds and vino cotto...it came out great!
