Q: What would be the oz if I wanted to put bath salts in here? Would it be 10.9 oz?

I use these bags for granola. The smaller one (5.5"x7.1") holds 8 ounces and the larger version (7.1"x10.2") holds 16 ounces. I would think bath salts would be about the same.

Q: Can I use a standard iron for the heat seal if I want to get the dual seal?

Has anyone used a food savor heat sealer to seal the bags? I am wondering if I need to buy a heat sealer.

Q: What size do I need to hold 1 pound of flour?
