I’m not sure if these patches are effective or not. They stay on when placed on the skin but I don’t feel any different so far.

I tried my patches the first day and I noticed that I had a hot flash after 4 hours. The weeks before I was getting a hot flash on the hour. The intensity of the hot flash is still bad, but at least they didn’t happen so often on the first day I tried them. Im on my second day, I hope my symptoms keep improving. So far so good!

The media could not be loaded. I tried these once and they did not help me and actually I felt ill. I do not recommend.

Working on night sweats

I used Viory Menopause Patches for a week to see if they would help alleviate some of the symptoms I’ve been experiencing. The simple peel and stick application means not having to take multiple supplement capsules or tablets. Applying the patch before bedtime is ideal if you need help relaxing so you can sleep. Although I found the patch aided in relaxation before bedtime, the relief from hot flashes was minimal for me. Wearing the patch prior to sleep did seem to help me relax in preparation for a night’s sleep. I rarely sleep through the night, and the patch did allow me to get several hours of uninterrupted sleep. All in all, I found these Menopause patches to do a great job helping you relax so you can get some sleep.

I should have listened to the reviewers who called this a bandaid—it truly is. I’ve had great success with patches in the past, but this brand is disappointing. There are no discernible ingredients on the patch and its lack of effectiveness attests to it. I can only assume that any positive results are purely psychosomatic. Stay away.

I NEVER WRITE A REVIEW BUT I HAD TO LADIES.A 50yr. going through perimenopause the flashes had me in HELL. I knew I didn't want to take a pill. I found these patches and all I can say , I'M IN HEAVEN WITH THE HOT 🔥 FLASHES.. the flashes stop INSTANTLY. I can sleep at night and I can stop stripping every where I go..... 😂.... THE ONLY DOWN FALL, YOU GOTTA TAKE IT OFF😂
