Can these be used to hold multiple pieces of art paper?

I use these for holding sewing patterns that are usually 4-6 sheets of copy paper. And the top grommet allows hanging them up which I love! One pattern was on 3 sheets of card stock and it fit nicely but I doubt it would hold much more than that. These pockets are very flat so heavy paper would quickly take up the available space. Hope this helps.

Can this be easily hole punched? I need two holes in it to hang in a pronged file folder.

Sure you can punch holes. I didn’t like it because it was so hard to slide papers in and out. I never used it and it was too late for me to return. The cheapest thing you can use is the document protector which has holes in them already.

Do these have bad glare?

I don’t find they do, but might depend on your lighting.
