Will they work on a non shifter cruiser bike?

Should but they are shorter grips than the standard grip cause they are accommodating for the shifter being there.

Is there an option to purchase one 90 mm handlebar grip and the other as the standard length? I have a 1 X 11 and only have the single rear shifter.

I’ve never seen them sold that way. You could order a set of each and then you will have a backup set for later.
