Can't find it anywhere here, local love.This fragrance. Stays in the clothes for a long time

The product arrived in a plastic bag that had leaked fluid in it. The lid was not on properly but the biggest issue was it appeared it may have froze and thawed leaving the softner clumpy and unusable even after vigorous shaking. Everything had separated and it was just awful. Too much mess and hassle to bother returning it. Extremely disappointed.

Different consistency than normal - think it may have been kept in a very cold storage place or there have been changes in manufacturing or reseller did something.

This stuff is the second bottle I’ve had that is a gloopy mess

I attempted to thin it out with hot water in order to avoid clumps of product in the washer which ends up causing oil stains on the clothes. It took a long time (shook the bottle continuously) to make it thin enough to pour out the bottle and into the washer.The fragrance is mild and not aggressive on the nose:)

There something very wrong with this fabric conditioner! It’s thick and won’t pour it is all heavy congealed sludge! Called Downy and gave info off the bottles and found out I was given three year old product way past the expiration date almost 2 years past when it should be used! Gross!

This came in an almost solid form and clumpy Not sure why, I have to add add a lot of water to the bottle and shake, then add more water. I guess it is turning out ok because it will at least last longer.

I LOVE Downey infusions, the bottle is sexy, the packaging is cute an the scent is best of all, sooo good.
