I have always received one large box with 4 smaller boxes inside, 4 boxes of 14 pads, a total of 56 as described. I have order this for years now and never had a problem.

Q: This question is for Manufacturer...have you addressed the issue that the listing says 4 boxes yet several customer reviews say only receiving 1 box?

I’m not a manufacturer but when I put this in the subscribe and save my first order was one box - not 4 as it stated. I complained but no response. My next order was 4 but I dropped my subscription.

Did you open the box? There are 4 smaller boxes inside the larger box; 4 boxes of 14 pads. 4x14=56.
