Is the whisper ride really quieter than others with plastic wheels?

It’s very loud. I don’t know noisy the other models are but this one makes a ton of noise.

How long is the handle ?

From the car up the top of the handle it is 27 inches. The end of the handle measured straight down to the floor is 36 inches.
