No... Cafiza is used for cleaning group heads, where descaler goes in the water tank to clean out the internal water lines.

Q: how much of that solution i need to use if i clean for the first time?

According to the directions on the bottle, you need the full bottle. We used this for the first few times, but now use one that we can get at Bed, Bath & Beyond.

I cannot answer the question and apparently neither can anyone at Amazon. I have asked twice via e-mail and once by phone and have been told 12 and 1 by email and when on the phone was told "2, no 3.".You can obtain a single 250 ml bottle from Whole Latte Love for $9.00.

Q: Can this be used on the lavazza blue point?

It should work just fine with the Lavazza Blue Point. Although, there is always a risks when using descaler if it has been years since the machine has been descaled.
