Not vegan as there is gelatin in the ingredients. But this has helped my knee much better than the supplements that contain shellfish which God told us not to consume in both Leviticus and Deuteronomy. And that might be why. Just saying, for all my religious friends out there. Does not contain shellfish.

I just received this product yesterday, so I have no idea how well it works. What I CAN say is the taste and smell makes me not want to take it. Sort of dead-animal-ish...really foul. I'll stick with it a while - assuming I can force myself to take it - and adjust my number of stars if the product actually works on my hip-arthritis pain. It's why I purchased it in the first place, and I'd endure almost anything to improve my mobility. In the meantime, I'm already dreading my next dose. Fingers crossed...

I was excited about receiving this product because I have achy joints. After taking the pills for three weeks, I did not see positive results at all. I will not be purchasing this product again.

I’m 23 years old I used to skate board a lot when I was In on elementary and middle school a little bit in high school started lifting weights and still do till this day I began to do a little bit of powerlifting for about two years throughout that time I started developing really bad knee pain It was really bad to the point where I could Keep my knee bent for a long period of time driving and even sitting for a long time would hurt me and I would wake up in the middle of the night with knee pain so bad that it would make me want to Almost cry 😂😂 i took this joint sup and little by little I started noticing a huge change I finished the bottle and was off for months and no pain has returned I bought Another bottle months later just to take again I couldn’t be more happy with this product helped me out a punch
