This was offered as a “people often buy this” when I ordered the Hitachi from Amazon.Thanks Amazon! Another reviewer stated that if you are used to the manual, old fashioned “hand” way of getting things done,This will definitely be a new and enjoyable experience. Be careful, you could lose time.Downsides: it could be a bit tight for some. The rear section can act like a C ring which is nice and the forward section is a bit larger with stim nubs.Tips: You will need a copious amount of silicone lube before and during use.Running the unit under hot water prior to use helps.I would suggest the rechargeable wand from Amazon with 4 straight and 4 alternating vibes so your “unit” doesn’t get bored.Lastly, silicone will find its way to the head and will cause the attachment to eventually lose grip. Carefully clean both head of Hitachi and mating surface of attachment with acetone apply an RTV cement. Wait 24 hrs. It is now a dedicated machine…Seriously, you could remove it.Hope this helps

It's well over 3 inches deep (and stretches a bit) so if you're around average size (5.5-6.5 inches) it will cover way more than just the head of your member. It also creates a very strong suction which feels great, every time you pull out it goes "pop"!Just from looking at the picture I expected something tiny but it's actually fairly large and will fit easily around a thicker-than-average unit.Another thing to note is that everyone says it will slip off of the head of the wand because it doesn't cover the entire thing.
