Tablets Prone To Crumbling
I purchase loperamide/simethicone tablets in bulk for my father, who unfortunately requires several of these tablets daily since his colorectal cancer treatment. I tend to stick with Amazon Basics as they are a good product at a good price. These were less expensive (at the time of purchase) than the Amazon Basics so I bought 12 boxes. While they are effective in treating diarrhea and gas, the pills crumble easily, which is a bit frustrating to me. (A first world problem, I know.)

Better than taking “caplets” or “gel caps” of both products
I have a need for both the ingredients, and have always taken them separately. This works better & seems to calm the loose stools more quickly. They are large, and even broken in half, hard to swallow - but effective!

WORKS GREAT AND FAST
We are strict "keto people" in our house, and sometimes you get some food that you're not used to and "SURPRISE" your gut reacts.Keeping a couple of these in a pocket has been helpful to avoid "SURPRISE" moments, especially on road trips, or in places where sanitation is not at its best.
