Gentle cleanse
I was recommended this by a Doctor probably more than 15 to 20 years ago, I use it when needed which honestly is 3 to 6 months just good as a gentle detox or like me If you work and it fast passed sometimes you need on your time of a cleanse

Sachet missing
This product works for my husband but the package arrived very battered and open with the sachets out. On removing them to a previous box I counted 29 sachets when there should have been 30. Be aware!

Not the strongest of products, but promoted as natural. However completely spoiled for me by use of aspartame , detailed on base of box!
