Look great, but how do you put the first board up as it says fix to an existing board?

Ah, yeah you would either have to use a dead man to put the 1st sheet up or put a nail in the wall to take the weight. It works really well after the first board though...

Does it work well with insulated plasterboard?

Works with a maximum thickness of up to 1/2 inch board.

Does it work with tapered edge plasterboard?

Just use a couple of 2*3 blocks

Keyhole is designed such that the screw has to go into the already fixed board 5mm from the edge of the board. I thought the minimum is 10mm?

The screw is near the edge of the board but it's tightening the plastic to the joist and the board is sandwiched between the plastic and joist. When I fitted the adjacent boards I then removed the screw and the hole got taped and plastered over. I hope that makes sense. It worked for me anyway!
