Strong wall plugs, the only plugs I use now and never had issues with them pulling out of the walls

These are my go-to wall plugs as it doesn't seem to matter what the wall is made of these work.So I always have some in my toolbox.

Outstanding fixing for almost every material/surface finish. They really do 'get hold'.

Google says you should always use concrete screws on concrete or brick walls. Thirty years putting up shelving using wood or multi purpose screws with wall plugs a not a single item has come out of the walls.Me willing to try new things gave the concrete screws a try, never again. They dont hold anywhere near as well as multi purpose scews and wall plugs. Originally tried to fix my mistake by using these plugs but underestimated how much damage the concrete screws did. A few extra bits of cut offs packed around these and they were fine.Then went on drilled holes the size of these plugs, put screws in with drill, no issues, rock solid.In short the internet if full of opinions most of them are wrong, trust your own experience, mine proved these plugs do the job just fine, they just needed a tight fit.

Very good quality plugs for DIY. Worth paying a bit extra for these..Used to drill outside solar camera

Bought these for a great price, they replaced some cheap standard plugs that had fallen out and dropped a coat rack (admittedly it never felt too secure). These were fitted in March and the coat rack has shown no sign of moving. These seem to be very high quality but did not cost much at all.
