I have tried so many different microphone set ups - and wanted to pull my hair out with most of them.And then I decided to give the Hollyland Lark M2 microphones a try and it was finally the ease of use and sound quality I had been looking for.Easy set up - just works right out of the case.The case is well designed - just one thing to through in my bag and go.The charge lasts a long time.The sound quality makes my production so much cleaner, faster to edit, and stress-free.I'm amazed. These little mics are incredible. Finally I can snag the audio that I want in the moment without all the fuss of set up. Thank you!

I ran across this looking for a microphone that would work with the iPhone 15 Pro WITHOUT having to mount a huge receiver and extra cables. I actually ordered something different then ran across this. I immediately canceled my other order and bought this one.First of all, the audio is great. Sounds very warm and it rejects unwanted sounds really well. BUT if you need even more background noise rejection, you can turn on noise isolation by clicking the yellow button on microphone one time. If you have the phone receiver plugged into a phone, clicking the yellow botton two times starts and stops the camera. That's way more handy than you'd think.The size....oh man the size. It's TINY!!! I literally forget that it's on my shirt which is great for me because I like to move around a lot when I film. Lowkey, something they included are stickers to cover up the Hollyland logo! If you don't want the white logo (which I don't think looks bad at all) you can cover it up with white stickers, black (which I did for one) or even emojis. I did one with an emoji because why not! Everything doesn't have to be black and serious all the time. Why not have fun with the small, round shape of the mic.The camera receiver works perfectly. I love the knob on the top that allows me to adjust the mic level without going into the camera settings to adjust the gain. You should still adjust the camera gain but for a quick adjustment, it works fine.The phone receiver works perfect even with a case. And it's low profile enough to work in a phone gimbal and not throw off the balance to bad.It comes with SO MANY mounting options for the mic. You can use button magnets, clips with magnets on the back (I assume you'd use this for a thicker shirt or maybe when wearing a jacket) and it has a magnet necklace. The instructions recommend placing the mic near the lapel area so that's what I've been doing.Everything about this produce oozes quality. I bought this with my own money and they did not ask me to write this review. I'm just really passionate about products that do a job and do it to perfection.Downsides so far....none that I can see. Sure, it doesn't have 32-bit float audio but if you are in a semi-controlled environment this is a non-issue anyway. Maybe the higher end (larger) mics sound a little better but the freedom of having such a small setup allows me to focus more on the film process since the mic just gets out of my way. I think having creative freedom (your gear gets out of the way) is way more important than the minor technical differences between gear.I haven't filmed with it yet so all my observations are from the testing I did with it as soon as I got it. Best lapel mic ever.. Suppression of Background noise is awesome! Range is good, ease of use and duration of charge are perfect. BEST OF ALL, the pic of sounds is phenomenal. Connectivity range is is perfect allowing me to walk around and be a great distance from the receiver. All in all 10 stars and probably one of my favorite lapel mics to date. Worth the cash for sure!

Our family started creating content of different adventures in our day to day life. The Hollyland wireless mics work great for video using our iPhone. I did have to purchase a usb-c extension to make it fit my phone with a case on. The battery last forever. It was fully charged when I received it and after a dozen videos the case is still charged. It came with multiple mounting adapters that make it comfortable to use and versatile. The sound quality is great! The case and mics feel very well built. As far as I know it is compatible with other devices that use usb-c and it includes a dslr camera adapter, and the adapter for iPhone lightning connector. I highly recommend.

I am not a techy person and this was easy to set up and works great. The audio quality is amazing! I love the magnetic clips! The instructions are straight forward and easy to set up. A must have for vloggers!

Recently came back from a cross-country trip and decided to give wireless audio recording a go. I must say, I have been extremely impressed with the build quality, audio quality, and overall ease of use. A big concern was the ability to get clean audio when on the move, and these microphones quickly connected to the receiver almost every time. There were a few instances, however, when the second microphone refused to connect, requiring us to put it back in the case to try again.Speaking of the case, it's great. The microphones boast a pretty great battery life, but when they do need to charge, the case is convenient! I'm all for simplicity, too, and this reminds me of AirPods with how simple it is. Really great! Oh, and they're tiny! It was really easy to get these put on a shirt or hoodie and totally forget they were there. The case is a little big and clunky, but throw it in a bag and you'll forget it's there!The last note worth mentioning is the range. In our testing/recording, we found that we could be a decent distance away from the camera without losing any audio or connection. I wish there were a way to separate audio tracks, but I imagine that being more of a camera side issue rather than a microphone one.
