The protectors are decent quality and easy to install. My only issue was the very bottom protector did not have any adhesive on it so it did not stick to my camera. I messaged the company on WhatsApp and they got the issue resolved quickly with a replacement shipped to me. They were super nice and understanding about the situation.

UPDATE: 31 AUG 2022For me, customer service is as important as, if not more important than, the product itself. If a manufacturer doesn't stand behind what they have, then they don't have much at all if you ask me. Upon seeing my three star review (see my original review below), Cici from ESR customer support reached out to me, and offered to refund or replace my previous order. I had already purchased a third set of lens protectors (I decided to give the product *one* more chance), and I'm glad I did. I haven't had any issues with my new set of lens protectors just yet, and Cici was able to send me a refund for my most recent purchase. As of right now, I'm happy with the product that I have, and am stoked about the customer service that I received. It seems like ESR stands behind their products. I'll be continuing to keep a close eye on the quality of the set of lens protectors that I currently have, and will update as necessary.__________I purchased two sets of these camera lens protectors for my S22 Ultra, and have now had issues with both. The first one, one of the covers on the lens completely separated from its ring. The adhesion somehow gave out, and it simply slid out of place, leaving my lens unprotected. The odd part is that the ring, again, was still in place. I didn't notice until I went to take a picture and saw the distortion, which led me to find that my camera was only half covered. Thinking it was a fluke, instead of complaining to the manufacturer, I ordered another set. Less than two weeks later, with normal use, one of the lenses somehow shattered. I'm really not rough with my phones at all, and I always have it in a case (that provides standoff for the cameras--they don't touch anything when the phone is laid flat) so I can't imagine what it could have been. This break gave me an opportunity to check out the material of the actual lens cover though...and they are not durable whatsoever. I think advertising this as "tempered glass" is a bit of a stretch. The material is *paper* thin, and feels more like a flexible plastic. I was able to pinch shards between my fingers until they flexed and snapped. It's nothing like your typical tempered glass screen protector.All of that to say: The application of the product is great. It's very easy to install, and I think the black rings are stylish. I noticed little to no distortion of my image quality either, which is great. The things simply aren't durable though, and build quality seems questionable to me. For as much as these cameras on phones cost nowadays, I would have liked to have seen something a bit beefier, especially for this price. I may give it one more try for the redeeming qualities mentioned above, but three strikes and this product will be out for good for me.

Awesome product! A few things id like to mention.. First, it looks nicer (& fits SO MUCH BETTER) then the Verizon one i reluctantly spent $50 on last yr!!!This company has TONS of different products, quick shipping, Easy install, great adhesive around each individual cover (so no dirt or dust can get under the lens covers).With installation, they have a special piece that comes with the lens cover, & it helps you line them up perfectly!As far as customer service🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 (5 stars!)I did have an issue with the top lens of my camera a few weeks after install (not the company's fault, it was due to a mistake I made when putting my phone down somewhere).. Not only did they responded to me quickly, but after explaining what happened & providing my proof of purchase; they said no problem & they're sending me a replacement free of charge!I was very pleased with everything.Products, service, their prices, shipping speed, & as I know now, their customer service is top notch also!I shop online most of the time & I've encountered issues with other amazon sellers & other companies, usually your lucky IF you ever get any response at all!This company clearly cares about their customers & believes in their products!

Com tantas boas avaliações, resolvi comprar.As lentes realmente são muito fáceis de colocar e vem todo o kit de instalação, limpeza e tudo o mais.Depois de instaladas pude perceber que estavam sujas por dentro. Tirei uma das lentes para tentar limpar, mas elas são extremamente frágeis, o vidro descolou, quebrou, cortei meu dedo.As outras, tive mais cuidado, mas mesmo assim a sujeira não saiu, não limpava, parecia um defeito do vidro.Para mim, foi uma grande decepção.

Wow effect, great lens protector. It is easy to install and fits well and sturdy. Looks like original lens. I am sure it will protect the original lens and help your mobile to capture great pictures without any blur. Try it you will like it.

I usually have issues putting screen protectors and lens protectors on. Not this time. This lens protection is dummy proof. In fact my 8 year old could install this. Super super easy. That's just one reason I love this product from ESR. The other is no glare on my photos. My pics come out like there is nothing covering them at all. I purchased this before for a previous phone and ran right back to get it again for my S23 Ultra. I had to. I love the fact they come in black, silver and clear. That way I can customize the look of my cameras if I want. Simply a matter of choice. These lens protectors are truly awesome. I dropped my last Samsung phone on a tiled floor and they protected my camera lenses perfectly. The lens protector took the impact. It cracked and my lens remained perfectly intact. Not a scratch. I immediately replaced them with the same. If you have an expensive phone and you want to protect your investment. Then get ESR products. They do the job. Extremely well.
