What does it smell like?

It smells like port-a-potty deodorizer. It doesn't even smell like something you'd find in an industrial setting. Unless that appeals to you, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

Is bottle refillable?

I couldn't get the nozzle off, but if you could, without destroying the bottle, it might be. Do you have a source of the drops or would you use something else? Would bulk scent solution be cheaper?

To those who used both, which scent do you prefer...this mint scent or the floral scent?

Fabulous product.

Order never arrived

Order never arrived I think they would have been amazing little drops but I found a great spray on eBay which does an excellent job (pardon the pun) and is £2 cheaper.
