This wind screen is exactly what I was looking for. I'm by no means a professional podcaster, but I do enjoy toying around with the Rode Wireless II kit from time to time. I use the handheld adapter to do silly interviews with the kids or voiceover stuff. Having an unbranded foam makes it seem more authentic on camera. The original foam cover does seem to be of better quality, but it's roughly the same outcome as far as audio capture is concerned. I will say, I was quite disappointed after initially removing the foam from its packaging, since it's vacuum sealed. It had two hard fold lines in it that wouldn't go away no matter what I tried. After letting it sit out overnight, the foam eventually took shape and now looks like a normal mic cover. Overall, it looks fine and functions as well as I had hoped.

What showed up was not even close to what was pictured. It was flattened and out of shape. Avoid buying.

I bought this foam cover assuming it would be equivalent to the Rode cover but without the prominent branding. But it isn't. This cover is significantly smaller than the Rode cover and it is very difficult to fit over the Rode Go II transmitter. I don't think I'll be using this cover.
