The extra reflective blanket wrap provides additional warmth, effectively aiding muscle recovery and offering a calming effect.I initially used it by gradually increasing the temperature setting from 130 to 170 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes. At 5'7", I found its length comfortable to cover my entire body. The design is intuitive and user-friendly with adjustable heating and timing settings. I found it beneficial for relaxation, detoxification, and improved circulation. The blanket heats up quickly, making it perfect for busy schedules. It's also portable and easy to store under the bed. I got this for my wife who always has a cold body. This sauna blanket is very useful in San Francisco, where the foggy, cool weather makes sweating tough. This blanket is a game-changer, especially since sauna visits are expensive. We love the convenience of getting a sauna experience anytime at home—whether it’s morning or late evening. The adjustable timer and temperature range let us customize sessions, and we can get drenched easily which we can’t achieve outdoors. The size large for us, and the carrying bag is handy. The included disposable sauna wraps make cleaning easy. After a session we felt very relaxed.

A little cumbersome, sometimes heats unevenly and the zipper pulls are very poor quality almost as of they weren't made for the heavier zip seams.I like it at first but the zipper pulls broke rather quickly and have has to use the inside ones or opposites. I may replace them entirely. Update - more parts have broken like the zipper stops in the arm holes. I'm very unimpressed with the quality and already have to purchase a replacement after less than three months.

It heats up quickly, can adjust the temperature by yourself, and has automatic high temperature power-off, which is very safe! It can help me better take care of my knee arthritis. After taking a shower, I can lie on the sofa or bed, watch TV and enjoy the sauna. It's really great. When I leave Han, my body is always relaxed and my spirit is good. It's really convenient and easy to fold and store! If you ask me about my user experience, I would say it's amazing! Hurry up and use it, its health benefits for the body are easily felt

No sweat bag needed. Easy to wipe down. Really helps you feel relaxed and reenergized. I am not sure about the infrared though, but still recommend it. Sweating is really good for bringing blood sugars down.

I have had it for a week and it is starting to not heat as well. It is a little awkward to get zipped into and it is still hot I just don’t feel like I am sweating as much as I did.

I bought this product after a friend recommended it as I was recovering from a back injury and I decided to give it a try, after using it for a week here are my impressions:1- very effective for back injuries, way better than any heating pad you may have.2- it heats up very fast, I couldn’t find any info on the wattage of this blanket so I measured it with an energy meter and the readings were consistently around 500 watts.3- the only thing I didn’t like is the initial smell of the product, it smells like inflatable swimming pools, but the smell was gone after I left it couple of hours in the sun.
