These are delicious and I can definitely tell my teeth feel cleaner after I have 1 or 2 of them. I sometimes have issues with fake sugars and have before with xylitol, but this is the good stuff and have zero ill effects. I think there's a big difference between processed corn xylitol and birch xylitol. This brand uses the good stuff. My toddler loves these and doesn't feel they're too spicy, as mint sometimes can be. My favorite of this brand is definitely the cinnamon, but the rest of my family prefers the mint. It's nice to have a huge bag on hand as it lasts quite a while. We do have a dog so keep these high up in the panty well out of reach, and I remind my family constantly not to do anything that might make it accessible to the dog. I have the majority at work, however, where I keep a large bag in my desk, and coworkers often come in and ask me for one. The large bag lasts forever and makes it very economical, even with lots of coworkers around constantly asking for one.

Dr Ellie is very passionate about what she does. Her ultimate hope is to spread the word about how to take care of your teeth in a non invasive and affordable way.Most of the products she recommends in her total health care system are not her own products. This is a xylitol product that she has created with her name. You have to be careful because not all xylitol gums and mints are created equally. Some contain other artificial sweeteners which cause problems. Others don't contain as much xylitol. Some are more expensive or just taste plain bad. This is a large bag of good tasting mints. They remind me of those famous mints that come in a tin can except these are not that strong and they are actually good for you.I will tell you a short story.A few years ago, I went to the dentist and they told me that I had receding gums in two areas. They wanted to do a gum transplant or something horrible like that. The periodontist told me that it can not get better, that it was most likely genetic and just something I have to have surgically done to correct.I was l already familiar with Dr. Ellie, but have to admit, had been a little lazy with my oral care at home.I said to the periodontist that I would prefer to watch and wait, and see if I can do some things to reverse the problem. He told me that he was fine with watching and waiting, but there was no way it could get better without surgery, and that it may get very bad very quickly if I don't have the surgery.I got hard core about using Dr. Ellie's simple system including using xylitol. I went back to the dentist about 6 months later, and they had to admit, it wasn't worse, and in fact actually looked a little better.They have not brought up gum surgery to me again since then.Blessings to you, Dr. Ellie.

This is review of Zellie’s mints Cool Mint flavor.I bought Zellie's mints to combat my receding gums. Originally, I did what the dentist told me to do, flossing, and brushing after each meal but the gums kept receding.I listened to Dr Ellie Phillip's talk about receding gums on youtube and it made sense to me. SO I stopped flossing, and tried out her complete care package.The first day I used just the mints, I noticed a nice smooth feel to my teeth and gums after using them as directed. This is happened because I had not received the complete care kit yet.After I started using the complete kit,In just 12 days I noticed less food was getting stuck in between the teeth and gums.It is now 3 months later and there is only 1 place where the gap is still a bit large and I sometimes get food caught in there.In Dr Ellie’s protocol there are 5 steps, 2 of those items have flouride ingredients.Personally, I switched out the toothpaste and the ACT mouthwash/rinse for a product without sodium fluoride.I found flouride free products that are safe and effective to replace those 2 items.They are made by Frontier Pharmaceuticals.(DioxiRinse and DioxiBrite-Flouride free)I hope this helps you with your gum issues.

These are great for the health of your teeth. I try to keep them with me when I'm out. If you rinse your mouth after eating , then pop 2 of these in to slowly suck on, it will help keep decay away. Also in the night of you wake up with a dry mouth, place one in your gums. It will increase saliva and help with your proper ph in your mouth. I really love them but gave only 4 stars as they are a little pricey.

These mints are a little pricey but they're worth it. They taste good and they help when my mouth get's dry. They're small enough to dissolve pretty quickly and they're good for your teeth too. I used to have sensitive teeth and since I've been eating these daily, the sensitivity is almost gone. There are no artificial sweeteners either. I have them on subscribe and save.

We call these “teeth candy” with our toddler! Anytime he wants real candy we offer him one of these instead and it’s a great alternative! They are small so could be a choking hazard, but the break apart pretty easily. There’s no bad smell, they taste amazing. They also aren’t sticky at all if they get spat out (happens a lot with toddlers). I like to have one after meals as well to keep the plaque at bay.

I love these xylitol mints so much! I have been following Dr. Ellie Philip's dental routine for months and one of the big things she discusses is the need for xylitol. It's been a game changer for me and I can't live without these. They are delicious but they have truly helped my dry mouth and I am already noticing positive changes with my overall oral health. I've tried other brands of xylitol tablets and they are NOT the same as Ellie's. These are a must have! Love!
